Utah vs Colorado

Even though Utah and Colorado are neighboring states they have some significant differences. Some good some bad.
  • In Utah there is an LDS church pretty much on every corner, in Colorado there is a Liquor store.
  • In Utah people couldn't imagine their french fries without fry sauce. In Colorado if you go to dairy queen and ask for fry sauce people think your from another planet. Ranch dressing has now taken it's place sadly.
  • In Utah a red light means STOP . In Colorado a red light means I better go or I may never get the chance to.  And in Colorado blinkers are a thing of the past.
  • In Colorado the middle finger is a common gesture.
Utah has a certain innocence that I never came to appreciate until I moved away. Living in Colorado is going to be a great eye opener and its already helped Justin & I love home so much more! We love and miss our families. They mean the world to us.

First Post!

Hello! So I decided to jump on the blog train since everyone's doing it. Plus living so far away from our friends and family I figure this is a great way to keep in touch!  Justin and I and our 2 dogs have been living in Colorado Springs for two months now but it seems like a life time. 2 months down, 2 years and 10 months to go!! Even though Colorado Springs is gorgeous, there's just no place like Home.
